1. The speaker in the video uploaded on Kodawari and the writer of the article of Kodawari keep its copyright of the video or the article.　Also, the photographer should give the copyright of the video to the speaker and promise he/she is not going to use copyright of the video.  
2. You may NOT be allowed to reprint the video or the article that are managed on the blog on elsewhere without our prior approval.
3. We are not responsible for any troubles among the users of our blog. If a trouble is occur, please resolve by themselves. We are not liable for such trouble or any related damages by any means.
4. Please think deeply of moral before you comment on the video or the article. Your comments reflect who you are. Comments may be deleted without user’s prior notice.
5. We are not responsible for any disclosure of personal information You should consider and decide if such disclosure is necessary or not risky when you submit comments.
6. This policy is subject to be changed, added, deleted without user’s prior notice.
7. If the policy is revised, such revised policy is immedeately applicable to any use of the service thereafter. We considers you understood and agreed with the new policy if you use the blog after the changes.

1. ブログ「Kodawari」（以下、「本ブログ」と表記します。）に提供していただく動画は、動画中に出演している実演者に、記事はその作者に著作権が帰属します。なお、動画の撮影者は撮影者のもつ著作権を実演者に譲渡し、今後行使しないことを約束します。
2. 動画、記事を本ブログ以外に転載することを禁じます。
3. 本ブログに関連して本ブログ利用者を含む第三者との間に発生したいかなるトラブルについてもブログ管理者は一切関知せず、ブログ管理者は一切の責任を負わないしないものとします。いかなる問題も、発生した場合は、当事者間でこれを解決するものとします
4. 本ブログ内の動画または記事に対するコメントは、実演者や作者の意図、心情、またモラルを考えて書くようにしてください。あなたの人となりを代弁するものになります。また、ブログ管理者の判断によりコメントを断りなく削除する場合があります。ご了承ください。
